Protocol Step 1 — Cleanse & Prime

Apply 1 drop of Pre-Treatment onto a disposable micro brush. Gently comb through the natural lashes from root to tip, ensuring every lash is coated evenly.

Allow lashes to air dry completely before moving to the next step. Drying time typically takes 2–3 minutes and should not be rushed.

Lashes are ready when they feel completely dry with no wet or tacky sensation remaining.

Professional Tip

If lashes are still damp, Step 1 cannot penetrate properly. Even slight moisture can create a barrier between the lash and the shield, affecting lift consistency and adhesion.

Skipping Prep Entirely

Even clients arriving with “clean” lashes still have natural oils and skincare residue present on the lash surface. Invisible buildup is one of the most common causes of uneven lifts.

Using Too Much Product

One drop is enough for both eyes. Over-applying only increases drying time and can oversaturate the lashes unnecessarily.

Not Allowing Full Dry Time

Moisture left behind can interfere with shield adhesion and chemical processing. Always allow lashes to fully air dry before moving into Step 1.
