We always endeavour to process your order as quick as possible. We apologise in advance, Shipping delays can be expected from time to time thought the postal network. We advise where possible you order lash supplies in advance to allow for potential delays that may impact your order & select Express post where possible.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Australia Post is our preferred shipping carrier offering Parcel post & Express Post are the current shipping options. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your shipping cost during checkout.

PARCEL POST SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed, Parcel Post transit time is anywhere between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address & selection. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, shipping cutoff times (11am business days), weather, and other unexpected conditions may effect shipping cut off times, always plan to order with plenty of time for delivery. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express Post purchases placed by 11:00 am AEDT will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am AEDT will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that Express Post shipping times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Please SMS 0406904204 to confirm your order is ready for collection by appointment only. Bring your confirmation email order number when you come to collect your order.

We do ship internationally to NEW ZEALAND, You can calculate your shipping at the check out.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY
We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost. If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@lashboxla.com.au to obtain a return authorisation number within 14 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). It is mandatory that the return authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorisation clearly marked will not be accepted or opened. No return will be considered more than 14 days after original shipment/purchase checkout.

Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed –only the product cost of authorised returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items. If you choose to return the parcel as a return to sender the shipping cost of $10.95 will be deducted from your refund.

PRODUCT DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT OR DEFECTIVE.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt (delivery arrival) to initiate a return.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at hello@lashboxla.com.au as soon as possible during our customer service hours. Monday to Thursday 10am - 2;30pm AEDT/AEST. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
