ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE - This is THE online lash extension training course that will bring your lash life to the Mega Volume level! We have created a program to blur the lines between hands-on education and virtual education like never before.

This Mega Volume Training is held in our LIVE Virtual Classroom in real-time, with our very own LBLA Master Lash Trainers and Educators. These Master Lash Artists and Educators are uniquely qualified to provide you with the best training available due to their extensive ongoing training, industry experience, success, and expertise in the lash industry.

Our LBLA Educators have the ability to care for and love our students in a way this industry has never seen before. This means that you are able to not only benefit from asking questions and getting live answers, but you will be participating in our Virtual Classroom with other students just as you would in a hands-on training.

Yes, that's right! Our Virtual Classroom will host a select number of additional students, who you can meet & develop relationships with so you can support each other in the lash industry, get connected with others in your community, and receive the real experience of a live group training, all from the comfort of your home or studio!

After signing up for the course by selecting the date of your choice, we will mail you a starter kit, the Mega Volume manual, and all of the information you need to have a successful class. You will then be able to prepare your space just like we would have it in person, to get the most out of your training day.

AFTER CLASS

After class you will have 1:1 virtual catch up and 1:1 budgeting phone call with @lashbox.brig 

• 1hr Virtual Catch up - During this time, we get to connect with you personally, not only to help correct and perfect your micro-movements while making lashes, but to give you additional personalised information pertaining to YOUR business.  Brigette will coach you one-on-one with your price menu so you can take your lash business to the next level! This is the exact same format we use in our group training that has become renowned for changing our student’s lives and careers.
• 1.5hr phone call on  Business budgeting - price evaluation, business growth advice coaching call arranged at a later date after class. This component is completed with @lashbox.brig

These calls cannot be booked for the same phone call as there is a lot of information covered in each call. Please note 72hrs cancellation notice is required otherwise there will be a rebooking charge of $100 within 72hrs of cancelling/rescheduling your 1:1 call. 

Online Mega Volume Certification upon completion of with photos and video submitted for evaluation. If you are pre enrolled into a LBLA Australia Ultra Fine Diameter Mega Volume Advance In Person Class your hands on assessment will be completed in person, this voids your first 1:1 virtual call. You will still be able to book in your business budgeting call. 

It is very important for students to understand, practice after training is required. We will share about what, how & why you should be practicing to master Mega Volume. Performance of each student is relative to their dedicated practice. 

These post class components are completed with @lashbox.brig and you have a maximum of 3 months to complete these tasks and calls to become virtually certified with your certificate of completion.

After completing the Online Mega Volume Training course certification, you also have the opportunity to attend an in-person, hands-on training session to obtain your full in person Mega Volume Advanced Certification. You will be able to advance to the next level by obtaining your "Gold Seal" Certification, & in addition, you will receive ongoing support from our Educators. The fee for this in person add on is $875 + GST  

By purchasing this class you confirm all the below terms:

LBLA BEAUTY / LBLA AUSTRALIA - FINAL TRAINING TERMS

• I understand and agree that if my training class payment is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled class date, I must cancel my registration within 48 hours of my payment in order to receive a full refund.
• I understand and agree that if my training class payment is made within 14 days of the scheduled class date, I must cancel my registration within 24 hours of my payment in order to receive a full refund.
• I understand and agree that class fees are non-refundable after the period listed above.
• I understand and agree that if I am unable to attend the class (due to health issues) and I am not eligible for a refund, I may reschedule to another date if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the class start time.
• I understand and agree that a minimum of 6 months of active work experience is required in order to take this class and become certified in Introduction to Mega Volume. LBLA Beauty has the right to refuse certification at the end of the course if I do not meet the qualifications.
• I understand and agree that I am fully certified with classic lash extensions, which is a requirement to take LBLA Beauty’s Online Introduction to Mega Volume class (aesthetician / beauty therapy certification is not considered as a full certification).
• I understand and agree that the class and contents of the Starter Kit are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE after receiving goods.
• I understand that my certification will be in Introduction to Mega Volume online, and not, Mega Volume Advanced, but that I have the opportunity to attend an in person class where available to obtain the full Mega Volume Advanced Certificate with the gold seal of approval that can only be obtained in an in person education.
• I understand that I have 3 months after sitting my virtual class to complete my 2 follow up calls and submit my portfolio of work, practical on model and sponge art for certification. 
• I understand and agree that I will be eligible to retake a class 6 months after my training date if additional training time is needed. An operation fee of $350 will be required in order to attend this secondary virtual class booking.
• In the event of natural disaster or act of terrorism that impacts me (the student) or my educator from attending the class, class will be cancelled, no refunds will be made, Your student enrolment will be transferred to an alternate mega volume class date for your requested location with LBLA approved educator. 
• In the case of unforeseen illness that impacts my educators ability to present the class an alternate LBLA approved educator can be allocated to present the class, if this is not possible your student enrolment will be re-allocated to an alternate date. 
• I understand and agree that LBLA Beauty has Intellectual Property Rights of the LBLA Training Manual and Training Program. Copying and publishing is not allowed without written consent of LBLA Beauty.
• I understand and agree that LBLA Beauty’s Training Manual is for personal use only. Legal actions will be taken against those who copy and/or publish the LBLA Beauty Training Manual.
• I understand and agree to refrain from copying, disclosing, selling, or offering for sale any and all of the information provided during the training class. I understand the reproduction of another party’s works could constitute infringement and copying is strictly prohibited.
