More than Mega volume our ultra fine diameter class is technique based class is open to students who have completed their beginner classic lash training and proficient with isolation, during class we explore the versatility of ultra fine diameter lashes, safety parameters when it comes to weight calculations & we make these volume metric calculations easy to understand while teaching your the fastest of all volume pickup techniques our signature flower bouquet, specifically designed to be used with ultra fine diameter lashes 0.02, 0.03 & 0.04 This lash life changing technique was created by one of our founders Sylwia from Lash Box LA, designed to make your lash life easier and faster so you can make more money in less time once mastered. During class we will explore adhesive 101, lash porosity how to identify different types of natural lash porosity to take your retention to the next level.

Class Day:

During the Training we provide - all lash tools & accessories you will need to complete the class, (your training kit is just that for practice after class) - a light lunch and snacks as well as coffee, tea & water. If you have any food allergies or diet restrictions, please bring your meal with you or notify us 14 days prior to class (Dietary accommodations cannot be made at a last minute request)

With the forever changing environment we are living in, we have amended our class structure by removing the model practical, and replacing her with a real life like lash layered mannequin head.  This provides more 1:1 hands on time with your educator and practical application of your knowledge and skill with the technique itself and not focusing on completing a full set. It eliminates the stress of finding a model and cancellation of models last minute. This allows us to reduce the risk of person to person exposure during class. This brings our class in line with how our LBLA classes are currently conducted globally. The most advanced Training Eyelash Extensions course available in Australia - Taught to the global standard of LBLA education.

12pm-12:30pm Demo - technique

12:30-1pm Tweezer Play

1pm-1:30pm Lunch

1:30-1:45pm Demo - taping, mapping  

1:45pm-5:15pm Practical - sponge art with mannequin practice

5:15pm - 5:30pm Practical Assessment and Certification (CELEBRATION! 🥂🍾🤩)

Included With The Class:

• Theory book (AKA the ULTRA FINE DIAMETER LASH BIBLE)
• Mega Volume Starter Kit (3 trays of 0.03 lashes, 1 tray on 0.02 lashes, 1 tweezer, 1 fast bonding adhesive, under eye foam tape, glue trays, practice sheet, adhesive tool &  sample pack of sponges, micro swabs, mascara wands, adhesive wipes)

After class you will have 2 x 1:1 phone calls with @lashbox.brig 

• 1.5hr phone call on  Business budgeting - price evaluation, business growth advice coaching call arranged at a later date after class. This component is completed with @lashbox.brig
• 1hr phone call on Retail sales or marketing - you choose. Retail for your business to review how to sell product in your salon effectively without resistance from clients for effective aftercare results & hygiene. Marketing how to set your studio apart from the rest and spend wisely with ROI, client referral programs & reviews.

These calls cannot be booked for the same phone call as there is a lot of information covered in each call. Please note 72hrs cancellation notice is required otherwise there will be a rebooking charge of $100 within 72hrs of cancelling/rescheduling your 1:1 call. 

It is very important for students to understand, practice after training is required. We will share about what, how & why you should be practicing to master Mega Volume. Performance of each student is relative to their dedicated practice. 

If you have completed the LBLA Introduction to Mega Volume Online Virtual Course and are wanting to complete your in person practical assessment to achieve your additional certification with our gold seal of approval, feel free to reach out to us by email hello@lashboxla.com.au with the date you would like to attend class. For students who have already completed Virtual Theory Certification with LBLA Australia your practical certification the fee is $875 + GST and will be invoiced, payment is required to secure your in person student placement, we will only hold an available seat for you for 3 business days. 

By purchasing this class you confirm all the below terms:

LBLA BEAUTY / LBLA AUSTRALIA - FINAL TRAINING TERMS

• I understand and agree that if my training class payment is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled class date, I must cancel my registration within 48 hours of my payment in order to receive a full refund.
• I understand and agree that if my training class payment is made within 14 days of the scheduled class date, I must cancel my registration within 24 hours of my payment in order to receive a full refund.
• I understand and agree that class fees are non-refundable after the period listed above.
• I understand and agree that if I am unable to attend the class (due to health issues) and I am not eligible for a refund, I may reschedule to another date if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the class start time.
• I understand and agree that a minimum of 6 months of active work experience is required in order to take this class and become certified in Introduction to Mega Volume. LBLA Beauty has the right to refuse certification at the end of the course if I do not meet the qualifications.
• I understand and agree that I am fully certified with classic lash extensions, which is a requirement to take LBLA Beauty’s Online Introduction to Mega Volume class (aesthetician / beauty therapy certification is not considered as a full certification).
• I understand and agree that the class and contents of the Starter Kit are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE after receiving goods.
• I understand and agree that I will be eligible to retake a class 6 months after my training date if additional training time is needed. An operation fee of $550 will be required in order to attend this refresher class.
• In the event of natural disaster or act of terrorism that impacts me (the student) or my educator from attending the class, class will be canceled, no refunds will be made, Your student enrolment will be transferred to an alternate mega volume class date for your requested location with LBLA approved educator. 
• In the case of unforeseen illness that impacts my educators ability to present the class an alternate LBLA approved educator can be allocated to present the class, if this is not possible your student enrolment will be re-allocated to an alternate date. 
• I understand and agree that LBLA Beauty has Intellectual Property Rights of the LBLA Training Manual and Training Program. Copying and publishing is not allowed without written consent of LBLA Beauty.
• I understand and agree that LBLA Beauty’s Training Manual is for personal use only. Legal actions will be taken against those who copy and/or publish the LBLA Beauty Training Manual.
• I understand and agree to refrain from copying, disclosing, selling, or offering for sale any and all of the information provided during the training class. I understand the reproduction of another party’s works could constitute infringement and copying is strictly prohibited.
• Products will NOT be available for purchase the day of training.
