Shipping & Returns

Shipping notification during peak season and NSW fire delays.

The vast number of parcels that will travel thought the postage network during the busy shipping season means postage times can vary from their regular delivery time frames. NSW, QLD, VIC & SA fires are also impacting ground transport through the postage network, we do apologise in advance for delays that may be out of our control. 

We can not guarantee shipping delivery times at this time due to fire delays please understand that Australia Post shipping times may be longer than usual and this is not something our Customer Service can control, please keep this in mind if you have to reach out to follow up a shipping delay. We will as always endeavour to ensure your parcel is shipped on time and out for dispatch as fast as possible. We recommend EXPRESS POST during the current wild fire conditions as parcels ill travel via air & ground transport network. 

What are my shipping options?

We ship most of our orders via Australia Post standard post & Express Post for next day delivery to city centre's 2-4 days to regional locations. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your shipping during checkout. 

Ground Shipping (Parcel Post)

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address & selection. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, shipping cutoff times (11am business days), weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Our shipping policy on all parcels is signature on delivery. This is to protect your goods by having you sign for them, we are not able to offer drop in a safe place or authority to leave at the address as we are a wholesale supplier these goods must be signed for upon delivery. This delivery system with Australia post has tracking you will be notified by us when your order has shipped with your tracking number.  

Expedited Shipping (Express Post)

Express Post purchases placed by 11:00 am AEDT will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am AEDT will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

We do ship internationally only to NEW ZEALAND, You can calculate your shipping at the check out.  

How will I know when my order ships?

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods.

Your email address & mobile number will be submitted to Australia post, Australia post will send email or text communication about your parcel status, expected delivery date & collection information if your not in attendance when delivery is attempted. Our shipping policy on all parcels is signature on delivery. Because we are a wholesale supplier this is to protect your goods by having you sign for them, we are not able to offer drop in a safe place or authority to leave at the address your parcel must be signed for. This delivery system with Australia post has tracking you will be notified by us when your order has shipped with your tracking number.  

If you are located in Sydney & would like to arrange an order pickup we have a strict pickup policy as shipping is our proffered means of delivery. For orders placed before 11am daily a pickup can be arranged between 12:30pm-2pm the same day or the following day between 12:30pm - 2pm. (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays & sale weekends)

Please understand order pickups are not available every single day & are subject to availability, as we are all still active lash artist who see clients also, so keeping to this strict schedule ensures every one has the opportunity to stay on schedule for the day. 

To book an order pickup appointment please email hello@lashboxla.com.au with your order number & proffered pickup day & time, we will call & email you back to confirm when your order is ready for collection. Please understand we are an online wholesaler & logistically its not possible to pop in at any time to collect an order. Please email us if you require a shipping code for order pickups so you are not charged an Australia post fee at checkout. Shipping fees will no longer be refunded for shipping on orders placed incorrectly & this avoids your order being processed with our general shipping orders & shipped before you arrive for collection. 

What happens with your parcel if no one is available to sign for your parcel at your postal address at time of delivery?

If no one is at your delivery address to sign for your parcel when delivery is attempted. Australia post will notify you via with a calling card, email or SMS (SMS for my post customers) to let you know that your parcel has been taken to your local post office or collection facility, Australia post will hold your parcel for a maximum of 10 Business days. You will require suitable ID with the addressee name to collect your parcel, we include your personal name so this makes picking up a business delivery easier.  The addressee name is the name given upon placing the order.

If your parcel is not collected after 10 business days your parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you via email to let you know your parcel has been returned We are able to re ship your goods for a standard re-shipping postage fee of $10.55 this will be invoiced to you at this time. Australia post charge for the re-shipping so we are simply forwarding this cost back to you, when the parcel is returned to us we also pay for this service this is to ensure your goods don't go unclaimed & are not destroyed. 

Can I pickup my order?

If you are located in Sydney and would like to arrange an order pickup, we have a strict pickup policy as shipping is our preferred means of delivery. For orders placed before 11am daily a pickup can be arranged between 12:30pm-2pm the same day or the following day between 12:30pm - 2pm. (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, sale weekends and Christmas / New Years warehouse trading hours)

Please understand order pickups are not available every single day and are subject to availability as we are all still active lash artists who see clients so keeping to this strict schedule ensures every one has the opportunity to stay on schedule for the day.

Return Policy

We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

Return Procedure

    To initiate a return, contact us at hello@lashboxla.com.au to obtain a return authorisation number within 14 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). It is mandatory that the return authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorisation clearly marked will not be accepted or opened.  No return will be considered more than 14 days after original shipment/purchase checkout.

    Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed –only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items, refund processing times can take between 1-7 business days to reflect on your bank account/afterpay account. If you choose to return the parcel as a return to sender the shipping cost of $10.95 will be deducted from your refund.

      Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.

      Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.

      If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt (delivery arrival) to initiate a return. 

      Cancelling an Order

      If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at hello@lashboxla.com.au as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
