Make Your Lash Dreams Come True
This is the step that locks the lift into place.
Korean Lash Lift Step 2 Neutralizing Lotion is a hydrogen peroxide-based neutralizing solution designed to stop the softening action of Step 1 while rebuilding the lash structure into its new lifted shape.
After Step 1 softens and reshapes the lash structure, Step 2 reforms the disulfide bonds to create long-lasting curl memory and permanent lift retention throughout the natural lash growth cycle.
This professional formula was developed with both performance and safety in mind. Unlike sodium bromate neutralizers that are restricted or prohibited in multiple countries, this hydrogen peroxide system uses internationally compliant ingredients approved for professional cosmetic use.
The fast-acting formula helps create more predictable processing, shorter service timing, and improved control during the fixing phase.
Enriched with conditioning ingredients including Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Castor Oil, Vitamin E, and Apple Fruit Cell Extract, the formula helps support lash softness and flexibility throughout the chemical process.
Each 1 ml sachet provides fresh product for every service while helping reduce contamination and unnecessary waste.

Protocol Step 6 — Fixing Phase
After complete removal of Step 1, apply Step 2 evenly to the lash base using the Feather Touch Brush (#2).
Ensure every lash previously treated with Step 1 is fully coated with Step 2 for complete neutralization.
Process according to lash type and resistance. Typical processing time is 8–10 minutes.
Remove thoroughly before moving into the nourishing treatment phase.
Professional Tip
Step 2 should mirror the exact placement of Step 1. Any lash exposed to Step 1 must also be fully neutralized with Step 2 to properly lock in the lift.
What does Step 2 do?
Step 2 neutralizes the softening action of Step 1 and reforms the lash bonds into the new lifted shape.
Why is hydrogen peroxide used?
Hydrogen peroxide provides fast, predictable neutralization while remaining compliant with international cosmetic safety regulations.
How long does the lift last after Step 2?
When processed correctly, the lift can last throughout the natural 6–8 week lash growth cycle.
Why is complete Step 1 removal important?
Residual Step 1 can interfere with proper neutralization and affect lift longevity and stability.
Is this for professional use only?
Yes. This product is intended for trained professionals performing lash lift services.
COMMON MISTAKES
Incomplete Step 1 Removal
Residual Step 1 can interfere with neutralization and compromise the final lift result.
Under-Processing
Insufficient neutralization may cause lashes to relax or lose curl prematurely after the service.
Uneven Application Coverage
Every lash softened during Step 1 must be coated evenly during Step 2 for proper shape retention.
Rushing Removal
Allow Step 2 to fully complete the oxidation process before removal to ensure stable curl memory.
